2. Products and Pricing
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • Prices are subject to change due to market conditions and will be updated accordingly on our platforms (in-store, website, or mobile app).
  • All prices are exclusive/inclusive of taxes as mentioned at the point of sale.
3. Order Placement and Acceptance
  • Orders can be placed via phone, in-store, or online.
  • Confirmation of the order will be communicated via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or any other legitimate reason.
4. Delivery and Pickup
  • We offer home delivery services based on your location and availability.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of the firm.
5. Quality and Storage
  • We ensure that all meat is fresh, hygienically processed, and stored according to FSSAI standards.
  • Customers are advised to refrigerate meat immediately upon receipt.
  • We are not liable for any spoilage or damage due to improper storage after delivery.
6. Return and Refund Policy
  • Due to the perishable nature of meat, returns are only accepted in case of wrong or damaged product delivered.
  • Claims must be reported within 1 hour of delivery, with photographic evidence where possible.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
7. Payment Terms
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, credit/debit card, or online gateways.
  • Credit facility (if extended) must be settled within agreed terms, failing which interest may be charged.
8. Liability Disclaimer
  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, cooking mishaps, or health issues arising from the use or consumption of our products.
  • Customers are advised to check all ingredients and cook meat thoroughly before consumption.
9. Governing Law
  • These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Karnataka courts.
